Methane-LPG Gas Detection System BETA Series

The gas detection system consists of the BETA 754/M control panel (for methane gas) or BETA 754/G (for LPG gas) and the following remote detectors:

• BETA 756/M for Methane gas
• BETA 756/G for LPG gas

The 754/M and 754/G control panels signal the presence of gas in the environment by means of visual and audible alarms. They are designed to operate both as a control unit (control panel) and as a standalone remote detector, offering maximum installation flexibility.

The BETA 756/M and 756/G remote detectors can be connected to the BETA 754/M or 754/G control panel in unlimited numbers, allowing multiple areas to be protected with a single system.

All BETA series detectors are calibrated to activate at 10% of the L.E.L. (Lower Explosive Limit). This threshold may vary depending on environmental conditions; however, it will not exceed 20% of the L.E.L. during the first 5 years of operation. At the end of the prescribed service period, a visual signal indicates that the sensor must be replaced. The procedure is quick and simple: just open the dedicated compartment and insert the replacement sensor supplied in blister packaging, without having to replace the entire device.
